OUR ROOMS
Enjoy the Cozy Atmosphere
The Inn has 10 individually decorated rooms/suites, each with a private in-room bath. 9% Rooms and Meals Tax is applied to all charges.
Check-in is from 3pm - 9pm.
A full breakfast is included with your stay. Served from 7:30am - 9:00am.
Each room is priced for double occupancy. There is a $25 per person charge for each additional guest. Some rooms can accommodate 3, 4, and even 5 people. Give us a call so we can help you arrange the best space for your stay. All couch-to-bed conversions must be made at the time of reservation.
We are a small bed and breakfast, and cancellations are a hardship for us. To receive your full refund, minus a $25 credit card processing fee per room, we require notice of cancellation at least 14 days before arrival. Memorial Day Weekend (Thursday - Monday) the cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival) It is our policy to charge your card for the entirety of your reservation within the cancellation period for your reservation. Standard reservations will, therefore, be charged, in full, 14 days prior to your arrival. No credits or refunds for early departures. No shows are charged for the scheduled stay. If you have any health or travel concerns, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance. Thank you for your consideration.
Green Mountain Suite
Located on the 3rd floor, this suite has fantastic hand-hewn beams and angled ceilings. The main room has a queen bed, and two comfy chairs for reading. The adjoining room, connected by a private hallway, has a twin bed and a futon/couch, which can be made into a queen bed upon request before your arrival. The Green Mountain Suite is the perfect accomodation for a familly of 5, or a wonderful getaway retreat for two.
Dairy Room
A sweet room arranged with two twin beds, and two chairs. The long galley bathroom is outfitted with a stall shower. Located in the southeast corner of the house, this room gets plenty of light.
Fish Room
This room sits at the northeast corner of the house and receives warm morning light. It has a king bed and a cozy chair for reading.
Bear Room
Truly character-filled with loads of charm, this room has low ceilings and uneven floor boards. There is a king bed, a comfortable reading chair, and a large bathroom.
Bird Room
A lovely room with high, beamed ceilings. It has a beautiful queen bed and two sitting chairs.
Lake Champlain Room
Truly character-filled with loads of charm, this room has low ceilings and uneven floor boards. There is a king bed, a comfortable reading chair, and a large bathroom.
Orchard Room
The largest room in the main house provides a king bed. There is a small sitting area with a chair and a daybed arranged as a couch, which can be made into a twin bed upon request before arrival for reservations requiring two beds. A cozy electric stove makes this a wonderful retreat.
Sheep Barn

Located behind the main house, this historic timber frame Vermont sheep barn houses three two-story loft-style suites. Unit one is organized to be ADA accessible if needed. There is a king bed on the ground level, a cozy electric fireplace, and a comfortable sitting chair. The large bathroom has hand rails, a heated towel rack, and a walk-in shower. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. On the second level, there is a living room with an armoir, desk and futon/couch, which can be made into a queen bed upon request before arrival. Outside, there is a patio with table and chairs for enjoying the view of the back property and the beautiful Vermont weather.
Sheep Barn 2
Located behind the main house, this historic timber frame Vermont sheep barn houses three two-story loft-style suites. Unit two is the largest of the suites, with the bedroom in the loft on the second floor. It has a king bed, armoir, desk, and sitting area. There is a living room on the ground level with a futon/couch which can be made into a queen bed upon request before arrival, two oversized chairs, and an electric fireplace. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as a table and chairs. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, a heated towel bar, and two sinks. Outside, there is a patio with table and chairs for enjoying the view of the back property and the beautiful Vermont weather.

The living room is on the ground level with a futon/couch that can be made into a queen bed upon request before arraival, a rocking chair, and an electric fireplace. There is a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, table and chairs. The bathroom has a two-sink vanity, towel warmer, and a standard tub shower. Outside, there is a patio with table and chairs for enjoying the view of the back property and the beautiful Vermont weather.
